ボノの話によれば、「彼はビデオに登場するどんな人物よりもクールだ」。大変な絶賛ぶりだが、実際、フランスの映像作家 / 写真家であるステファン・セドゥナウィは、とびきりヒップなミュージック・クリップを多数生み出してきた。派手な衣装、ミラー・ボール、メタリック・ペイント――画面が燃え上がり、輝き、火花を放つとき、これは間違いなくセドゥナウィ作品だと確信させられる。セドゥナウィは、ファッション界におけるみずからの経歴をどの作品にも反映させるので、ビョークやガービッジのシャーリー・マンソンといったスタイリッシュなアーティストとの仕事が多いのもうなずけるというもの（アントン・コービン同様、セドゥナウィもセレブのポートレイト写真を手がける）。だが幸いなことに、彼の作品は単なる綺麗な映像に留まらず、強烈なムードを放っている。マッシヴ・アタックの「Sly」やトリッキーの「Pumpkin」におけるメランコリックな瞑想性、レッド・ホット・チリ・ペッパーズの「Give It Away」やU2の「Mysterious Ways」やビョークの「Big Time Sensuality」といった熱意あふれる実験作のダイナミズムは、その好例と言えるだろう。そうそう、トリビア好きのマニア諸君、ブラック・クロウズのバッド・トリップ・ビデオ「Sometimes Salvation」に出演しているのは、あのソフィア・コッポラですよ。（Kathleen C.
